Paul never converted to “Christianity.” He views The Way as the bonafide Jewish Apocalypse as preached by outlier Jews like Jesus who Paul believes to be the first human being to be risen from his earthly tomb. Paul says clearly he is a Jew and could be nothing else, but he doesn’t think the Resurrection of the Dead is limited to Jews only as Jesus did. Before Jesus rose from his earthly tomb, didn't he raise Lazarus from the dead? Or is the distinction being made that Lazarus was raised from his deathbed and Jesus was raised from his earthly tomb? He’s not in the synoptic gospels, nor does Paul mention him, and only appears in John’s much later one written in late 1st century when the Jesus is God theology started up. You’d think an event like that would have made it into other texts, but the story is part of the original message that God will bodily raise the righteous from their earthly graves at the end of time.

Cool and very interesting, especially how that is reconciled with "being absent from the body is being present with the lord".

Does it say anywhere in the Torah/Old Testament that the promised Messiah and deliverer of Israel would be God incarnate, God in fully human form, part of the Holy Trinity, one of God in three persons, and the Son of God?
I can understand why the majority of Jewish people don't believe that Jesus is God, especially considering that in the Torah/Old Testament, God says, "You shall have no gods besides me."
And then all of a sudden, Christians are telling them that Jesus is God instead of Jehovah/Yahweh, or that Jesus is the Son of Jehovah/Yahweh, or that Jesus and Jehovah/Yahweh are one and the same.

Any God whose love is less than the unconditional love of the greatest mother in the world, or at least the best mothers in the world, is no God at all.
