I've never tried, and probably won't. I like commercial chips. They're my sin-of-choice. I'm not really wild about frying things, anyway.

yep and air fried as well ... and tried in the microwave once only because they got overly hot and melted the special holder thingy OOps !

I love 'em. Much tastier than bagged. But they're a bit of a pain to prep and make, so I don't eat them often, which is probably just as well.

I never thought of them as chips, but yep. Thin enough and crispy enough. Broiler and air fryer.
