Resurrection has more than it's share of problems but it has Ron Perlman, Michael Wincott, Brad Douriff and Sigourney Weaver so it's somewhat entertaining.

Covenant is just so forgettable... the characters often make stupid decisions and Michael Fassbender playing the flute with himself is not enough to save it.

I basically agree with this, and also voted Covenant as worse

I'm not a fan of either. I thought Resurrection started well, and completely fell apart by the end. But Covenant at times played like a remake of the original Alien, only with stupid characters. I was also annoyed by the fact the material bridging Prometheus and Covenant wasn't even in the damn movie!

Resurrection started off well, but went off the rails during the second half. I did like the ending when they crashed land back on Earth. Sigourney Weaver backed by Ron Perlman and Winona Ryder keep it watchable.

On the other hand, Covenant was flat out forgettable. Katherine Waterston and Michael Fassbender gave good performances, but I was so angered the film refuses to be a proper follow-up to Prometheus. Therefore, it comes off as the worser film for me.
