So you think Anglicans are genuine, just not having the same mindset? Some are genuine Christians most are not, they have turned what was a church into a social club, 9r even a knocking shop in some cases. So, the official church of Britain are not genuine.

Of course they aren't according to some, remember only their religion is the right religion and only they know the right way to worship. So in reality they are actually no better or different than the very fundamentalists that continue to attack us.

Any country that forbids hate speech but not blasphemy. By this I mean countries that either have no laws against blasphemy, or don't inforce them. Examples can be found with a little bit of googling. France is one of them.

For many western atheist liberals I'd say it depends on the specific target.
For example.
For Christianity their answer would certainly be a resounding "yes".
In regards to Islam I would argue most would vote "no".

Blasphemy can refer to taking the Lord's name in vain or can refer to mocking, disrespecting, or attacking a religious figure or ordinance (ie. mocking Jesus). Based on what you feel is blasphemous, should it be allowed on network tv shows? If blasphemy refers to only this, then yes. However, if blasphemy also covered attacks on adherents of a religion (e.g. hate speech), then it would be ok to restrict it IMO. Since it's not the case here, I vote yes. In other words, by all means attack and mock those Christians. But leave those poor defenceless fuzzy wuzzy brown Muslims alone you bigots!!

What if someone elses religion is offensive to someone elses atheism? Can that person expect all religion to be banned from tv so they arent offended by it? Have to allow all or none, no double standards.
