Well let's see: Tim Burton is long past his prime Alec Baldwin probably won't be in it because of the hot water he's inJeffrey Jones probably won't be in it because he's a creepy pedophile Part of the original's charm was the 1980s special FX, this one will almost certainly have awful CGI Sounds promising! Since Alec's character is a ghost, how will they handle his age? Ghosts don't age. Reel in that de-aging technology. |

Maybe it's just me, but I'm not fond of this "de-aging" technology. Feels too artificial and it's hard for my mind to get past the fact I'm just looking at a visual effect.
