Here it is again: the proverbial worst to best list in Star Wars movies. Some (so-called) expert/insider/talking head has put out a ranked list on this. This is the correct ranking ( you are factually wrong if you disagree)
1 Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back
2 Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope
3 Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi
4 Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith
5 Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
6 Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace
7 Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens
8 Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones
9 Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of Skywalker
10 Star Wars: Episode VIII – The Last Jedi
I have not seen Star Wars: The Clone Wars (2008) and Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018)

Still say TPM is the worst. AOTC has serious rewatch value, albeit due to its unintentionally comedy, but nonetheless I'd watch it 10 times out of 10 rather than watch TPM. I also disagree with putting the Disney films in among the others. It's an attempt a legitimising non genuine product. For me, the correct list would be:- TPM AOTC ROS ROTJ ESB Star Wars |

AOTC is definitely the worst Star Wars movie ever made. And the prequels as the bottom three? Excellent list! What a smart young lady the author is!
I would have to think hard to actually rank them, but here's my overall feelings about the feature films:

Ok:
The Last Jedi
No bueno:
The Phantom Menace ("best" of this bunch)
Revenge of the Sith (lucky AOTC exists)
