Nah, that's an American filum, not Irish. Okay, how about Rawhead Rex? That's definitely an Irish horror movie.

I recall Grabbers being a good bit of goofy fun.
The Canal is decent.
I just recently watched one called Caveat, that I didn't realize was Irish til I just looked it up, and I liked it. It's got a brief runtime and it utilizes it well.
I thought A Dark Song was Welsh, but according to Bloody-Disgusting it's Irish.
One that I watched last year called The Boys from County Hell, which I remember very little about except the Irish country side and the cast and the tone of it. It was a good time with enjoyable characters and great scenery. It's got a monster which I believe is a vampire (if I recall, the lead character gives tours of places that Bram Stoker lived or visited or something?), and it was a fun watch.
Other than those you mentioned the first few that came to mind, but I'll try to think of some more.

Tried to watch Crawlers but it's a cringey millennial mess. And I know you said Irish but you also said filum and St Patricks so I interpreted it as I wished

Shrooms Dorothy Mills The Cellar The Hole in the ground Wakewood Grabbers Boy Eats Girl I thought The Hole in the Ground had been mentioned already for some reason and I forgot about Shrooms because it sucks. I also enjoyed Grabbers. Don't know Boy Eats Girl or Wakewood. Maybe I'll check them out.

And I know you said Irish but you also said filum and St Patricks so I interpreted it as I wished That was the St Patrick's Day episode of Into the Dark, which was a great concept for an ongoing series, but I don't even one of them was really any good. The best of them was only ever just ok.

The Vanishing (2018) although it takes place in Scotland. Inspired by a true case. Not strictly horror. But it has those vibes.

I've watched maybe 12-15 Hulu horror productions and none of them were very good. Definitely a step below SYFY horror. I don't know if any that I've seen have been a step below SyFy, though I imagine that's a little playful hyperbole. I don't know what counts though. Like the recent Hellraiser 'reboot' or 're-whatever' was a real movie, with real production values, and real professionals making it, and it was released directly to Hulu, but it wasn't made by Hulu. So does that count? They call it a 'Hulu original' but it's really just an acquisition for them. On the other hand, I've seen some of their other acquisitions and they've been truly terrible. Most of those Into the Dark episodes or 'movies' were adequate. None of them was legitimately good, but I think (if I remember it all correctly) that St. Patrick's day one was the worst of them. It looked so cheap, the characters and dialogue were so bad, and it wanted to strike a fun tone but was just inept and annoying. Even still, I wish that they'd bring that show back and just put some better resources into it. It's a good concept for an anthology series.

Hulu originals have adequate production values for low budget movies but are boring and uninspired without fun or horror. SYFY horror tended to at least be somewhat original and entertaining if often ridiculous.
