I have two ... and I'm not fully using either.
I found a rack for mounting at a garage sale, but I've yet to mount it. I only got it just a few years ago.
About 2 years ago, I sent for a magnetic spice system from a company called Gneiss Spice (I think Gneiss is pronounced "nice," for rhyming, but I've never heard it spoken). I have mounted the board, and put the little bottles, which have magnetic lids, on the board. But, I haven't gotten around to filling, or labeling them. One day....

I don't use enough spices to have a spice rack, on the top of my stove, I have celery salt, paprika and sea salt.

Are there spices specific to your area? I always have cumin and cinnamon as a homage to my Portuguese heritage. Thanks

I have spices in so many places it's insane. A rotating spice rack that was a white elephant gift - the spices are getting old. My entire kitchen windowsill, mostly extremely hot, black peppers, salts, chocolate, and cinnamon. Over the microwave for overflow garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric. And a cabinet with all my bulk bags, caraway, garlic powder, mustard powders, sesame seeds, poppy, and odd spices. More variety, but not quite as fresh.

We have a rack on the wall holding curry blends and different peppers, about six bottles of each.
There's also a shelf in the pantry for bottles of everything else - herbs, whether alone or in blends, and baking spices. The shelf above that has bins and baskets for bags of other seasonings and jars of our own "house blends" of herbs and spices.

I have filled the little jars with the spices/herbs that I have. There are 8, of 24 jars, that remain empty. I guess that I'd better go in search of more unusual ones, but that might be a waste of money. I regret that I didn't order the larger jars, because the smaller ones only hold about 2-3 TBS., so I still have some commercial jars that aren't empty, yet. At least, I feel a little bit more organized.

Yes, but ironically I don't use a lot of spice in food.

I have a spice suitcase. It's under my bed and warehouses all my curry spices. All my Indian food supplies really, so in addition to spices there's flours I only use for Indian foods, whole spices as well as ground spices, different types of nuts in various whole or chopped form, etc.
A lot of it can work with Caribbean food and there's a few Chinese and Korean things in there too. It's my second pantry for anything I'm expecting to have a personality. The rest of the real pantry's contents are a gamble. When my spice suitcase comes out it gets serious.

No, because the racks do not bold well in a cabinet which is where spices should go to keep from going bad-at least the ones you may not use too often. And I prefer to have all in one area. I have a cabinet where on the doors they are made to hold all my spices, extracts, flavors for upstairs. For down in the bakery, there is no "rack" in the normal sense. I have shelving for all my spices, extracts, flavors, colors, sprays, etc.
