Initially suing the Shakespeare in Love Oscar winner for $3 million over the encounter on Utah’s Deer Valley Resort’s slopes, the retired optometrist Terry Sanderson saw his case whittled down to a pursuit of $300,000 in damages. Paltrow is countersuing Sanderson for damages of $1 and attorney’s fees that could run into the six figures.

OT but Thanks, politicidal, for posting this on Celebrity News instead of Politics .... this is where this and all of the Harry and company and Depp/Heard nonsense have always belonged. These celebrity lawsuits always seem to be so "messy" ... the countersuit for $1 and court expenses was pretty cool!  |
