Pick a film or two from what you have seen that would you recommend to someone who was curious in delving into his work?

I would go with ‘Frightmare’ or ‘House of Mortal Sin’. I think Walker was at his best with these nasty exploitative shockers that got under my skin. Both are Uncompromising and downbeat to a tee.

Have only seen 2 of his films, and twice saw Shcizo (1976), but since I did not bother to keep hold of it anylonger, I guess it was not much I got out of it.
The other is House of Long Shadows (1983), which I really wanted to love way more, but both times I seen it last year, it ended with a 5/10, maybe a 5,5/10.

Feel there is some room for improvement on my part, so maybe one of those directors that can be interesting to look up a bit further on, later this year.
