Society seems to be the one that is his most popular and I have yet to watch it.
Return of the Living Dead 3 - 7/10
The Dentist - 6.5/10
Beyond Re-Animator - 6.5/10
Bride of Re-Animator - 6.5/10
The Dentist 2 - 6/10
Silent Night Deadly Night 4: Initiation - 5.5/10
Had they already watched the previous entries in their franchises, I'd say for people to watch ROTLD 3 and Bride of RA if they're delving into his work.
