I would also add his role as John Cena's dad in "Peacemaker".

Nice to see a mention of From Dusk Till Dawn 2, he was silly but fun in that film, kinda like the film as a whole.

Nice to see a mention of From Dusk Till Dawn 2, he was silly but fun in that film, kinda like the film as a whole. The movie is better than I was expecting, mostly because of Robert Patrick. I wouldn't exactly say the movie is fun, though I can understand someone else finding it to be fun. It is good as far as straight-to-video sequels go. It has it's moments, especially the scene with Bruce Campbell. I think the movie is fun in spurts, but overall the movie doesn't do much for me.

It definitely embraces that B-movie aspect, which will make or break anyone. I think it's better than the third, which is the one that people seem to prefer more.

I have no interest in even watching the third. Yes, it embraces that B-movie aspect and it does it alright. If you are big into B-movies of this nature then you will probably like it. If you aren't than you won't. The first movie has a well-written first half and a dumb, but entertaining OTT second act. It is also a funny movie with memorable characters. The sequel misses most of that. I think the bigger the horror movie fan you are, particularly if you love B-movies and cheesy style vampire movies then you will probably like this sequel. I can definitely say there is actually more effort put into this movie than most straight-to-video horror movies and even many mainstream horror movies. It is alright for what it is.

Not to mention the director of 2 also came up with Sam Raimi and even co-wrote Evil Dead II. You can feel that zaniness in 2. The third one ain't bad, actually.

His role in The Sopranos has to be up there. That'd be my second pick after T2. Then The Faculty. Then Peacemaker. Then FDTD 2. Then I don't know. Wayne's World?

I didn't expect it to be any worse than the second necessarily, it is that the only reason I watched the second is because of Robert Patrick. He is really the only think that kept me interested throughout.

After watching so much of Double Toasted I now can't help but think of their rating system in my head. I would give FDTD 2 a "low rental." It is slightly better than "some ol' bullshit."
