I've had to reluctantly put Paul ahead of John at this point. So many talents, biggest vocal range, writing ability. J, G, R follow.

Did anyone notice one thing though? And, this might be a dumb comment from me though.
The singer, from this band that is the best out of all 4. Has some songs with no lyrics. And also, has other songs that have lyrics that don't mean anything. Which is a good thing.
John lennon however, didn't have any songs like that. Because all his songs has lyrics that mean some stuff.
Therefore based on those two things, Paul is a bit more sophisticated as a song maker than john.
