I just saw that Jason Gerhardt (former GH Cooper Barrett) who used to star opposite of Greg Vaughan has stepped in to play Eric for a handful of episodes. Other than the voice and lack of chest hair (LOL), he’s a dead ringer for Greg. I had heard that Greg got Covid back in February and had to miss a few shows. At least they did a great job on the temporary recast.

Yeah I was surprised to see him standing there on Monday's episode but agree they did a good job with casting someone similar looking. I knew it was coming but it was still a surprise.
He could totally pass for Eric!

At least they also got someone who can act well. He was actually thrown into quite a few scenes. But I’m glad it’s only temporary as I really like Greg Vaughan.
