It's beside the point but, Haven't these sw shows run their course by now?
In other words, haven't most of them had their last episodes?

Having only seen the first episode, it's alright so far. Though I can't tell if it's actually decent, or just that most of the other content is so terrible that this seems tolerable.
Things I don't like:
- The Republic commander at the beginning allowing the worst security breach in history. You're in custody of a high value prisoner, and you literally allow the enemy to stroll onto your ship, because you don't trust them. WTF? Sure he didn't know they were force users, but it could've been a suicide bomber. Seriously, WTF? Bad writing.
- These Sith seem as powerful as Vader. The dude basically recreates the end of Rogue One in the opening scene here. Besides being a little stale, it takes away from Vader's legacy.
- The woman is obviously going to survive being run through by a lightsaber. I don't understand why this has become a thing in these shows. The lethality of a lightsaber seems to depend on the character's importance to the plot.
- This entire city once again has a population of 30 people, and you only see them in the ceremony at the beginning. We spend the rest of the episode flying down or over empty city streets.
Otherwise it's alright overall. The characters draw you in, and the story is intriguing and feels like it's going somewhere. It was a decent mix of story and action for a first episode.

Itβs really bad. But not as bad as Obi-Wan and The Book of Boba Fett.

It's a great show. I'd probably like it more if I'd seen the animated stuff, but as it stands it's fantastic. Not quite at Andor levels, but very good nonetheless. It has the right blend of action and intrigue, and all of the characters are engaging. The tone is more steady than Mandalorian, and the story is compelling. I'm just echoing the positive thoughts I had in my post on the first episode, that's a good sign.

I just finished it. I actually really enjoyed it! Rosario Dawson is so good/delightful as the title character and it's great to see Ray Stevenson one last time. The depiction of Thrawn is pretty good too. My only complaint? As much as I like Genevieve O'Reilly as Mon Mothma, I'm puzzled we're not into Caroline Blakiston as Mon Mothma territory at this point in the timeline. It's off putting. Blakiston is still alive and it feels like Disney is erasing her involvement in the franchise by excluding her. She's the original Mon Mothma and should be included.
