I was offline all day yesterday so this is a little late but this week looks good. VIVIAN!!!
I am already LOVING Theresa being back and I think JL and EM have such good chemistry! I know a lot of people don't like JL but I think she is great as Theresa.
DVD is John's bio dad I am assuming? Also, the guy in the flashbacks from the war look like Kyle Brandt!
People asked why Philip is sitting in the back at his own father's funeral and not up front...
Also looks like Greg Vaughan is back as Eric this week.

Any word if Peter/Bo is coming back for Victor's funeral? Out of all the returns, his should probably be the most important. But I can't remember if I've seen anything.

Unfortunately, Bo is still supposed to be in a coma. I’m very disappointed with how they left things with his character. All the hype about the return of Bo and Hope and they never had a real true moment together. A big slap in the face to Bope fans.
That said, this looks to be a very good week. Louise Sorel is such a great scene stealer.

That scene was just so cute, how fun that must have been for the Hayes to play that scene. I love when they are on the show...but I am sad to see Bill is not his usual spry self anymore.
I read something about Ari Zucker being upset she wasn't involved in any of the Victor funeral stuff - since Nicole was married to Victor for 4 years. I agree, there is a big gathering of the exes with Vivian shows up, Nicole should have been there.

I still can’t believe that the show was able to get Dick Van Dyke on the show? What an acting legend! And, the Hayes and DVD are icing on the cake.

Apparently Drake and DVD go to the same gym? They have known each other for years and Drake had always said he wants him to come on the show! How great!
I think Dick is doing a great job, he is so warm and likable.

Welp. I cried at Victor's memorial. I thought Rachel Melvin was great, as was Zach Tinker. I was kind of surprised they had Belle go comfort Philip and of course that made Shawn upset. She shouldn't have done that!
I thought Theresa and Alex were funny. She's such a good soap vixen.
So Chelsea and Max had a baby named Isaac??? Yikes. After the brother she killed? Weird flex, Days.

I also thought that Victor’s funeral was very sad. He really was one of the greatest characters on the show. He could be ruthless, evil, cunning but also funny, loving and stoic. I have really been enjoying all the flashbacks and tributes.
That said, I wish that some of the returns were permanent and that others would leave. I’m just so disappointed with the treatment Shawn and Belle get on the show. There really could be a lot of potential with them, but unfortunately, they’ll be leaving again.
I agree about Max and Chelsea’s Son’s name. That’s awful considering she was responsible for Zack’s death.

I agree and Belle and Shawn. They are children of legacy characters and are legacy characters themselves and they get treated horribly.
I am enjoying Alex and Brady working together and Theresa thrown into the mix. Anything to keep Kristen away from Brady.

They all keep having girls, there aren't really enough boys to be on the show for these girls other than Parker.
Holly and Parker are definitely old enough to be teens on the show now.

I also saw on Jason47's page that the cop that found DVD's character was played by DVD's real-life wife. And there is a 46 year age difference between them. Wow.
