Time travel into the past is technically possible, in some way. I'm saying, hypothetically if technology became so advanced then there would be a way to travel into the past.
On the other hand, time travelling into the future, is something that is still impossible. Because no amount of technology could make that possible.

If someone can travel near the speed of light then time moves much more slowly for them and they age slower. I don't know if there's a feasible way to travel into the past or, for that matter, a practical way.

No, I don't agree with this. I'm not sure how you've come to reach these conclusions. You have declared time travel to the past technically possible, without explanation for how, and declared time travel into the future to be impossible because of lack of technology, even though that's the same issue with travel to the past.
According to this article, which is based on actual science from actual scientists, at the moment time travel to the past looks to be impossible but to the future may still be on the table.
I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm asking how you've reached your conclusions.

Time travel into the past? Maybe...BIG maybe. Time travel into the future? Unless you believe in 'the future' as some preordained objective reality sitting out there just waiting to take place, I don't really see how, as there's literally nothing there to travel to.

When time travelling into the past were achieved, if one could use it, after circumstances brought one’s pet cat being ”transferred” to someone else, unknown, the cat never to be seen or touched or loved again then... ? Quite agree about the above remark about ”the” future. But imho there’s a way to travel into it. I think it’s what being alive does.
