It's doubtful because I believe Microsoft doesn't want to give another OS the long support cycle that they gave Windows XP ever again. People did the same thing with Windows 7 and begged for more support, but MS pulled the plug.
With that being said, Windows 10 has the Enterprise LTSC version which will continue to receive security updates until 2029/2032 (depending on the version).
Although it means buying new hardware for many, the Windows 11 hardware requirements are defendable because PCs have long had the problem of being hacked all too easily and TPM 2.0 has the purpose of combatting this. With the security of the new Apple Silicon chip, MS too has to step up their game.
