Based on the airdate, I'd have been nineteen at the time this aired. I sure don't remember seeing that ad in the TV guide though, that would have stuck with me. Ripley found a raygun! The clip doesn't make me a bit nostalgic for VHS tapes and all the tracking issues they had.
