I've just been doing it at home but am thinking of trying out a gym. They are very expensive, but they offer free trials so I may as well give it a go.

I used to at home but it got monotonous and I get better results at the gym. I do EoS for $10 a month.

I walk a lot ... alone, and with a small "walking group" on Fridays. (After we walk, we have wine. I don't know if that negates the effort.) We have a nice mix of flat and hills, to vary things.
I used to teach aerobic dancing. After the company began to dwindle, I tried going to other aerobic classics, but never got the gym-bug. I sometimes put on the old song that we danced to, and do my best to recall all of the steps. I just improvise when I don't remember.

I used to work out at the gym, but then due to some divine foresight I cancelled my gym membership in February 2020, just before the pandemic hit and the gyms had to close for a long time. I shortly toyed with the idea of going back once the pandemic was over, but the older I get the less I can tolerate other people, and I also hate having to do small-talk with complete strangers. Sometimes I wish 90 per cent of humankind would just disappear. There are too many of you two-legged freaks. Just leave me alone!

Option #3: I work out at work. Though not in a weight room, but on the job. I work at FedEx (in a warehouse facility, and not as a delivery person), and spend pretty much every (5-7 hour) day 'running', lifting and loading a variety of boxes ranging in weight from less than a pound, to as much as 150 lbs.............and though I hate it, it's work that does a GREAT job of keeping me in shape (I lost the 25 lbs. I had put on after a year off from there, in less than 2 months after being back!)..... SAVE FERRIS

Finally joined a gym as I couldn't progress much more with my limited equipment at home. Had to commit to 12 months though so I hope I don't regret it

Neither really. Though I may occasionally do pushups or situps, and when I have the time, I go out for a walk for my exercise fill.
