Here's what I am saying, don't ever do anything too physical. You'll regret it later.
That involves lifting things that are too heavy. And lifting weights in order to work out.
If you go ahead and do things that involve lifting, or things that put strain on your shoulder...
then you can end up with shoulder pain that will never go away. No matter what. How do I know? I have this pain that will never go away, had it for years. Un treatable too.
If you work out, you might just wanna stop doing that entirely.
