Greetings, gentlemen,
We've ended up with only nine completed games in this round due to the abandonment of the match between Bournemouth and Luton. The score had been 1-1 when the Hatters's captain Tom Lockyer very sadly collapsed and suffered a cardiac arrest at the 59th minute. Thankfully, he is now stable in hospital and I'm sure we all wish him a full and speedy recovery. This fixture will apparently be replayed in full when schedules allow.
MrFurious is our top scorer with a cool seven points - congrats!
The surprising Man City v Crystal Palace draw meant that only one player guessed it correctly - well done to Staggerstag for nabbing a Lone Ranger for that daring prediction.
Absolutely nobody predicted a draw for the big match between Liverpool and Man Utd. The 0-0 stalemate resulted in Arsenal taking the top spot away from the Reds on the Premier League Table and Man City are currently trailing in fourth place.
On the tourney table, the top four players remain the same as last time, with DrKrippen maintaining the lead but Aj_June is hot on his heels so things could easily change in the upcoming rounds.
