The Beavers got a tough opponent in the Super Regionals with Vanderbilt. Vandy had a tough season (relatively speaking) but playing better now. They know how to win in June.
The Kentucky-Louisville series is cool. And TCU is playing real well.

But the Pac-12 put up as much of a challenge as the Polish Army did to Germany. That can lull a team to sleep when playoffs start. OSU still looked invincible in the Regionals but they had an easy draw. Horned Froggies were preseason #1. I think they might be post season #1

oregon st. is solid. pac 12 got some iffy seedings in the tourney. in regards to ucla, arizona getting out early. that lubbock bracket was stacked, texas tech, sam houston, arizona, delaware. i was really impressed with delaware. one of there guys, jordan glover, looks like a solid pro.

now i know i can google this but i'm lazy at the moment. does a northern team ever win this? i.e. a new england or mid atlantic team? that's why i thought it was a nice story - oregon st. team from the pacific northwest. just always regarded this as a Southern/Southeast dominant title........ it's an intriguing post in the making - i.e. - split up the 4 areas of the U.S. to see what sport is more dominant.......
