The 6th album by the band, and the last with David Lee Roth on vocals until “A Different Kind of Truth” nearly 30 years later. Best known for “Jump” “Panama” and “Hot for Teacher.”

Probably my least favorite of the original lineup's albums but still a solid album overall.

Probably my least favorite of the original lineup's albums but still a solid album overall. It's definitely my least favorite from the original VH lineup. However, I don't agree with you that it's a solid album overall. The only song on there that I consider outstanding is "Panama", and I never liked "Jump".

While some balked at the synthesized keyboards being mixed in with Van Halen's heavy rock for songs like Jump, there are still plenty of rockin' tunes like Hot For Teacher, Panama, House of Pain, etc. It's a pretty good album and one of the band's better albums.
