Recently I saw Creed III and kept wondering if one of the coaches was Edward James Olmos. I knew it probably wasn't, but in certain shots it looked a lot like him that I definitely did wonder.
I also recently revisited Mars Attacks, and in certain scenes/shots Annette Bening's character looked a lot like Nicole Kidman. After we had already been introduced to that character, I thought she was meant to be a different one and that it was two totally different characters! I soon realised that they were one and the same.

I was convinced that the blonde bully in My Bodyguard (1980) was played by William Zabka, and at one point even IMDb has his name in the credits (it since has been corrected). But it turns out it wasn't Zabka; that actor's name is Richard Bradley. They do look alike!  |

Watching Annabelle (2014), I thought Father Perez was actor F. Murray Abraham, but he was actually played by Tony Amendola, who looks just like him.  |

I really thought Rip Torn was The Man Who Hired Wells in No Country For Old Men, turns out it was actually Stephen Root, who bears a strong resemblance to Torn.

When watching The Dark Crystal I thought that Chamberlain was clearly voiced by Frank Oz but nope, it was someone called Barry Dennen. I think Oz did the puppetry for him though.  |

Assumed Betta St. John was in it--which surprised me because I had heard she hated making Horror Hotel--so why would she do something even further down the totem pole but it wasn't her.
