It's a bit hard to follow from the video, but it seems there was a pro-Israel rally and a protest against that by pro-Palestinians. I don't think it's antisemitic or pro-Hamas to be against the genocide Israel is currently carrying out. Also, I saw plenty of harassment on both sides.

In fact, my best friend & her daughters were on the Israel side. I am actually very familiar with this particular neighbourhood. It is a predominantly Jewish - & Chassidic & Orthodox one, especially -neighbourhood. These hoodlums were only using the event held at this synagogue to intimidate & harass. As one rabbi said, they have often held such Israeli real estate conventions at the synagogue before. Ever since Hamas attacked that rock concert & took hostages, pro-Hamas supporters in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) & elsewhere have been harassing synagogues, Jewish institutions, etc, & threaten & intimidate the Jewish community. Here's another incident of pro-Hamas supporters threatening a synagogue (in Montreal, in this case).

This wasn't harassing Jews going to a religious service though (which I would agree with you would be wrong). They're draped in Israel flags and apparently doing 'real estate conventions' which to a pro-Palestinian is basically a form of colonialism. I think protesting that is completely fair game. And unless I missed it, I don't see anything necessarily pro-Hamas. I heard one man crying 'Israel is committing genocide!' and a woman pointing out that Israel's brutal tactics are endangering the hostages they're meant to be saving. Neither of these arguments are in themselves anti-Jew or pro-Hamas.

I see a demonstration for the state of Israel. Someone wearing pro Palestine symbols talks peacefully with the demonstrators. Someone pushes him on the ground. People wearing the same symbols and carrying à (?) Palestine flag run to his rescue. After that I do not care to watch. Sound and furor.

There was never a state called Palestine, & Israel has always belonged to the Jewish people. And taking into consideration that Hamas is responsible for this latest outrage in the Middle East, with their hostage taking PLUS the almost 700 Jewish people whom they murdered on October 7'Th 2023 (way more than the Nazis killed in a single day ), people accusing Israel of genocide is absolutely chutzpah.

Israel has always belonged to the Jewish people. Who says? Why do Jews have more right to the land than Palestinians? Genetic analysis suggests both have ties to the land going back thousands of years. Even if the Palestinians had no claim to the land though, it doesn't justify their treatment. The scale of death and destruction being unleashed on Gaza is far greater than anything Hamas has done to Israel and most of the victims are civilians, many of them children. Supporting the mass killing of innocents as some sort of conditional punishment for the actions of Hamas is basically the same justification Hamas used for the 7 October Massacre only on an even grander scale.

I watched it up tothe part when the man is down and the two are running. After that i listened, heard à woman shouting about the hostages after another and decided it was useless to go on.

Where is the evidence of antisemitism ? People of Palestine are Semites. Sons of David are Semites.

It has always been Jewish land. Read the Old Testament, aka Tanakh. Hamas is a terrorist organization right on par with al Qaida, ISIS, the Taliban, etc. They want finish up where Adolf Hitler left off. I myself have had friends back when I was in high school, that went to Israel in a tour group, & this girl in their group was killed in a terrorist attack, when a Hamas operative planted a bomb on the Tel Aviv beach, almost 34 years ago. Israel only does what it does, because they do not trust their surrounding neighbours. If the Muslims in the Middle East had accepted a non-muslim country in their midst back in 1948, there would have been a state called Palestine right now (alongside Israel), but, they would all have none of it. They wanted Israel wiped off of the map.

It has always been Jewish land. Read the Old Testament, aka Tanakh. Evidence suggests that the Palestinians are at least partly descended from those Old Testament Jews. Yes and so is the IDF and a much more effective one at that. Denounce both of them. That may be, but does that make it OK? That ignores the 1948 Nakba that saw mass killings and expulsions of Palestinians to create that non-Muslim country.

The IDF is only concerned with protecting Israel (just as all countries militaries are concerned with protecting their own countries). If you happen to live in a country that is surrounded by neighbouring countries that are hell-bent on your own destruction, please let me know how your country handles this.

You might know i live in a placé wehich was invaded six times by Germany and even by Prussia before Germany’s times. In the past, the earth has been drenched in both countrymen’s blood. The place was colonized, people had to speak only german language, cities and people had to change their names six times in a life, live by german laws. Now we are Europeans, first binome. Nothing to be proud of. It’s a way out. Before Germany, place was also invaded by the huns. Now what ?
You wrote if yhey had accepted past tense. It’s not too late to do it the right way.
You want peace ? Make peace. You shall go and talk, sign treaties, uphold them. Simple. Easy.

No. You’ll want it, you’ll make it happen. You won’t waste your time here. Prussia, Germany never invaded countries on religious grounds. Xxiith century is over.
