This is part of their Two for One series on Saturday nights, in which they invite a prominent filmmaker to cohost a double feature of their choice. This week, it’s Spike Lee and I’ll be watching.
Face in the Crowd is so good and Andy Griffith is extremely captivating as Lonesome Rhodes. Patricia Neal deserves some recognition, too. I’ll definitely rewatch Ace in the Hole.

No Network to make it a triple?
I've been meaning to rewatch Ace in the Hole and watch A Face in the Crowd. Alas, I don't really use cable anymore. Seems one is on tubi and the other is on...*gulp*... Pluto tv. So there's that.
