By that I mean cooking meals in advance and storing them in food containers to be reheated days later. Anyone do this?
I've sort of done this previously, but not full meals (for example I'd make a big batch of mashed potatoes, and reheat them over the next few days so it's one less thing to worry about and then I just cook the protein on the day) but I want to start doing full meals, as I'm getting tired of all the cooking every day.
Just bought a bunch of microwavable glass airtight containers today so I will start soon and see how it goes.

No. I should, but I'm a compulsive eater so I'd just eat everything I saved up.

I'm not that good of a cook, if I were I would do that. Me neither, but I can still make my bad cooking in bulk!
I've completed my trial run. 2x salmon, 2x spaghetti and meatball, 3x chicken fajitas and rice.
It went okay, but I kind of messed up the ratios. I intended for there to be 3x spaghetti, and I made enough fajita mix for 4 serves, but I only made enough rice for 3. I also had planned to make a few pork dishes, and also some breakfast ones (egg, bacon, hashbrowns, and baked beans) but it was getting late so I decided to give it a miss this time. I had 12 containers total to use but settled for 7. Enough for 3.5 days of lunch and dinners. Hopefully next time will be better.
