Mostly known for being the reunion of the cast and director of "Pretty Woman" with stars Richard Gere and Julia Roberts and director Garry Marshall. I think I saw it once many years ago, but don't remember much of it. I think I thought it was OK. But it certainly wasn't as memorable as "Pretty Woman".
Leonard Maltin Movie Guide Review: Runaway Bride (1999) - 3 out of 4 stars "Slick romantic comedy about a newspaper columnist who becomes intrigued by a small-town Maryland woman who repeatedly leaves grooms at the altar. Reteaming of the stars and director of PRETTY WOMAN delivers the goods, with Gere in particular more engaging than he's ever been onscreen. Super 35."

I liked Pretty Woman because I was surprised it wasn't as predictable as I thought it would be.
I saw Runaway Bride soon after and it was exactly the kind of a boiler-plate rom-com that I had expected Pretty Woman to be.
Also, the country girl band Dixie Chicks did its theme song "Ready to Run" which I find to be pretty fun. Watch out for director Garry Marshall's cameo from 1:13 to 1:24 :

Saw it once, it was fair but didn't have the magic of Pretty Woman.
