Because there was only one killer. I hate it when it's two killers and ones a woman which is so unrealistic. At least in Scream 3 it was one psycho which is believable.

How is more than one killer unrealistic? It explains how Ghostface is able to get around so fast. Scream 3 has Roman practically teleporting.

It's one dysgenic nut case like Ted Bundy sneaking around killing people; mostly women because only Richard Kuklinski and John Wick can face off against men.
