Seems with the exception of Halloween II, coincidentally from the same director as this poop stain, I dig the Friday sequels a bit more. That’s not to say I still don’t enjoy the carnage that befalls Haddonfield every year.  |

Halloween: Resurrection. It’s awful, but at least there is comedic value. Jason takes Manhattan is just boring.

Jason Takes Manhattan is pretty stupid but parts of it are epic.  Resurrection was unnecessary, spoiling the perfect resolution in H20. Not many liked it. After viewing it a second time many years later, I found some amusement in Busta Rhymes and his line deliveries.

How many much better would Resurrection be, if after all that kung fu bullshit, Michael just punched Busta's head off?
But yeah, I think Jason Takes Manhattan is one alternate subtitle away from being an acceptable late tier Friday sequel.

Both are terrible, but Jason Takes Manhattan is bad in a fun good time way. Resurrection just stinks like rotten eggs.
