I think it's excellent but it's highly disturbing and obviously not a movie for everyone.

I thought it was really good myself. But you’re right, a lot of people are turned off by some of the disturbing subject matter.

I didnt like it. I dont like the mix of comedy and disturbing drama.

It's hard to laugh at a comedy/drama that takes such a very dark turn, but it is still entertaining. It's brilliant but also a subject that makes us all very uncomfortable. Not for everyone, for sure. The sequel, Life During Wartime (2009), recasts all the roles and was unnecessary and a little disappointing.  |
