Any fans of this zombie comedy film? I haven't seen it, but I know it was inspired by zombie movies like "Night of the Living Dead" and "Braindead (Dead Alive)". It seems to be a modern favorite of people who like a mix of humor and gore in their zombie movies. Leonard Maltin Movie Guide Review:
Shaun of the Dead (2004) - 3 out of 4 stars
"Engaging comedy about a working stiff (Pegg) who slowly--very slowly--begins to realize that London has been overrun by the walking dead. His only ally is his no-account roommate, his only thought, to rescue his girlfriend (who just broke up with him) and his mum. Clever and funny, whether you're a fan of the zombie genre or not. From the team responsible for the British TV series Spaced. Written by the director and leading actor Pegg. First in the "Three Flavors Cornetto" trilogy, followed by HOT FUZZ, and THE WORLD'S END. Super 35."

I haven't seen it, but I know it was inspired by zombie movies like "Night of the Living Dead" and "Braindead (Dead Alive)" And another small little zombie movie with a similar sounding title. I think it was called "Morning Lightness of the Dead" or something to that effect. Shaun is a pretty great movie, though dare I say it, a bit overrated (as zombie comedies go, I prefer Return of the Loving Dead and Dead Alive, and of the Cornetto trilogy, Hot Fuzz is my favorite).

Great movie. My favourite of the Cornetto trilogy and Edgar Wright's filmography in general, and in my top 3 favourite zombie films.
