the Pixar movie that opened low but ended up showing great legs. Finally watched it, and I definitely regret not seeing it in theaters. The animation is gorgeous with an explosion of color in each scene. The story of interracial relationships and being torn between what your family wants and what you want is very well done without being overly preachy. By the end the movie was bringing out my gay/woman side as I could hear the onions getting cut. Not perfect, but a winner overall.

All human beings (including straight men like us) are allowed to have them. Anyway, it's perhaps ironic that I thought this movie was overly preachy and lost interest about 10-15 minutes in, whereas someone in the 'anti-woke' crowd accepted it with open arms.
