All the 90210 couples listed here were terrible. The best couples on that show were the ones involving Steve (Steve & Celeste, Steve & Claire, Steve & Carly, Steve & Janet).

I voted for Doug and Carol from ER but my real favorites are :
House and Cuddy - House MD
House and Stacy - House MD
Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn- The Tudors
Carol and Doug- ER
Blair and Chuck-Gossip Girl
Chase and Cameron- House MD
I loved House with Cuddy because of Their great chemistry they were really believable as couple but I will always think Stacy was the right person for him in Personality she understood him very well, knew him in his best and worst days and loved him unconditionally.
When House broke up with her, he did as a sacrifice Mark who was going through a though situation and House felt bad he would be alone in it and Stacy ended up accepting the breakup knowing deep down House did it as a sacrifice.

I went
Diane & Sam - the only thing they couldn't manage was ending up together, & yet neither of them were suited for long term marriage. I like to think their aged flashforward scene was canon- they never married, rather just lived common law once they hit 60yrs old or whatever.
Dylan & Brenda - 90210 S2 remains a great season of tv, no matter how stupid the show got later on. Theirs was the healthiest relationship in a show surrounded by flimsy romances.
Homer & Marge - because I said so.
I'll add George & Lucille Bluth.

From the list you provided I voted for Eric & Tammy, Cory & Topanga, Seth & Summer, Claire & Phil, Jim & Pam.
However if I were to add somebody to that list, Zack Morris and Kelly Kapowski comes to mind.
