The Batman (Still working on this)
• Batman wakes up in Arkham, huge projector screen shows Joker offering $100M to anyone who kills the Batman. He says Batman is free to leave if he can make it to the rooftop. Mind you, the Arkham stuff begins at the end of the first act and Deathstroke is the primary candidate to kill Batman, so he plays a huge part in the film.
• Joker is broadcasting this like a pay per view fight. Batman fights tons of bat villains before it's revealed he has a secret agenda. • Nightwing and Alfred are doing what they do from the outside such as investigating, fighting criminals etc. That way, audience can see their separate screen time and action. • Batman and Deathstroke encounter each other around the middle of the second act. Batman is beaten and barely escapes. • Catwoman is locked up in Arkham and Batman breaks her out for extra help before they both fight their way to the rooftop. • Nightwing find a way to get inside Arkham and went in. So you get to see Batman and Nightwing fight alongside each other. • Plot twist, Joker never wanted Batman dead. He wanted him to help break all of the Batman Rogues Gallery out of Arkham. This is where Catwoman comes into play, Joker knew Batman would need her help. She is the one who releases everyone in exchange for freedom. Catwoman escapes. • The final act of the movie is Batman vs Deathstroke having a huge fight and Deathstroke loses. Batman and Nightwing chase after the Joker who tries to escape and he does with the help of Harley after Deathstroke defeat. • End of the film Deathstroke is sent to Belle Reve to Amanda Waller. She plants an explosive device on his neck and welcomes him to the Task Force X. • Also a Red Hood hint for a sequel. • Also Gotham City Sirens hint.

Not bad...
But I think keeping it only in Arkham would be too limiting.
Keep the Joker and the "Ransom" - That gets Deathstroke involved.
Have some everyday citizens try to take him out after he saves them, he won't hurt them, so Catwoman saves him by getting violent. Set her up as darker than him...maybe she doesn't like him as much now that he mellowed after his encounter with Superman...
In the end, Joker maybe gets Batman center court at a Basketball game or something, and he's surrounded by citizens who could all get the money if they kill Batman...but they refuse, so Joker sets off some gas. Maybe then Deathstroke appears, massive battle amongst fleeing citizens.
Keep the Waller stuff, maybe Joker or Harley captures Catwoman, introduces them to kick off Sirens...

As for the Arkham part, that's why I figured the beginning of the first act and most of Nightwing scene would be outside of Arkham.

I'd just put him up against the Man-Bat and just let the thing be a Classic Monster movie. THink about it. Batman has publicly "gone rogue", mercilessly mowing down criminals during BvS. Now there's an actual Bat Monster doing that. People would immediately think Bats has just gone bad again, and he'd have to clear his name because both the law and certain League members both think he's actually doing these things, adding more tension as Batman struggles to track down the Man-Bat and stop him.

Definitely do something similar to Under the Hood. Jason Todd/Red Hood clashing with Bruce.

I wouldn't.
There have been far too many Batman films already.
And reusing Joker for the hundredth time would be stupid.

Come to think of it, there hasn't been a really good new version of Riddler.
I always thought the Nolan version of the Riddler would be someone like Johnny Depp crossed with the Trinity Killer.
So maybe it would be time for Riddler so show up.

Finally someone else gets it! If Wonder Woman has proven anything...it's that the public is tired of the same old thing being done to death. And I say...and will always say...NO to another Batman movie!

That could honestly be a pretty cool action movie. Batman and a savage Man Bat getting in gritty grudge matches would be something to behold.

Plus, I like the idea of putting Batman through a tiny bit of the hell he and everyone else put Superman through in BvS.

Assuming the movie is based on Batman's later years and we get at least 3 new Batman movies like rumours were saying last year I would like to see the first movie play out the 'Under the Red Hood' story with the introduction of Tim Drake as Red Robin and for the sequels I would use 'Death of the Family' with the sequels for Batgirl and Nightwing connecting onto Batman like they did in the comic books and the third based on 'Batman: Eternal' and 'Batman and Robin: Eternal' with the introductions of Stephanie Brown as the Spoiler, Cassandra Cain as Orphan or Harper Row as Bluebird.

Nice, I had another idea a while back with Deathstroke and Joker as the villains and Tim Drake as the upcoming Red Robin and Nightwing in the film. Second film Under the Red Hood with Joker as the main villain and Batgirl featured ( second screen appearance after Gotham City Sirens) and gets shot by the Joker. Not sure about the 3rd. I always change up the Batman ideas. I had another one with Ra's and Talia as villains along with Deathstroke. Catwoman featured and showing the upcoming Damian Wayne as Robin.

I'd probably borrow elements from Hush.

Batman Beyond. It would make Batman die-hards like me happy while also being different enough from the other films to prevent people from complaining about "another Batman film" (Not that I think that is actually a problem to begin with).

I would just make a non-stop action extravaganza. Batman would be bruised and battered by the end of the film. I'm not sure who would make a good villain.
Maybe Deadshot or (as politicidal mentioned) Hush. Hush wouldn't exactly lend to action the way Deadshot would, but he has never been on the big screen before. Mr. Freeze could also work, if he was done well.
