You might wnat to lock the poll at the All-Star break (or earlier) so that people don't change their votes at a point in time when it's obvious who the best teams in the league are. That way the vote is more of a prediction.
I picked Royals cuz I always like to root for my team. In reality I'd be happy if they just have a winning percentage of higher than .500.
