Irish TV schedule for Sunday 17 April 1977. This is the very first Irish TV schedule I've posted. There was only a single TV station in Ireland at the time. On this day, views could watch some films, a soap opera, American import "Little House on the Prairie", educational programming, religious programming, and sports programming. Not too bad I guess. 10:40AM - King Lear - An Introduction 11:10AM - King Lear 11:30AM - Paint Along with Nancy 12:00PM - Mass 2:30PM - Film: The Hebrides 3:25PM - Film: Charley's (Big-Hearted) Aunt (1940) 4:55PM - Little House on the Prairie5:45PM - News 6:00PM - The Angelus 6:01PM - Newsround 6:30PM - The Theologians 7:00PM - Top Score 7:30PM - The Riordans8;00PM - Nuacht (according to Wikipedia, this was a news program) 8:10PM - Film: Spring and Port Wine (1970) 10:00PM - News 10:15PM - Sports Scene 11:15PM - Outlook 11:20PM - News

Honolulu, Hawaii TV schedule for Friday 8 January 1971. Certainly a varied range of programs! ....and as is usually the case, many of the daytime shows are lost. Sunday 11 November 1973 television schedule for East of England. BBC schedules are the same for all of England, but ITV varied from area to area. In East of England, the ITV station was Anglia Television, whose ident was truly beautiful.... The reason I post this schedule is because it features a short film called "The Scene from Melbury House", an experimental film about nothing in particular, which I found enjoyable. London, England television schedule for Sunday 1 August 1976. Was tired when I copied the information from an old issue of "The Observer", I hope I didn't make any mistakes. It's possible I did. Unfortunately programs were still being junked at this point, for example the mastertapes of "Down the Gate" are lost, though a DVD release was done using home VCR copies of six episodes. Note: Again, I must emphasis that the ITV schedules varied from region to region...people often forget this. Brisbane, Australia television schedule for Saturday 12 May 1979. A mix of American, Australian, British and even Canadian programming. Before anyone asks "why do all the call-signs end in Q?", Brisbane is in the state of Queensland....hence, the call-signs are required to start with Q. Glasgow, Scotland television schedule for Saturday 8 December 1979. Unfortunately, even in 1979 they were wiping the tapes of shows. For example, all episodes of "The Allan Stewart Tapes" are lost, as are many episodes of "Tiswas" (retrospectives featuring the show are usually forced to use off-air home VCR recordings, because few episodes survive in the archives). Ireland television schedule for Sunday 26 November 1976. As I've mentioned before, I only have access to Sunday schedules for Ireland. I will try to find their schedules for other days of the week, but to do that, I need to know the names of publications which featured Irish television schedules. 10:30AM - Yoga for Health11:00AM - Ensemble 11:30AM - Music Room 12:00PM - Morning Worship 12:45PM - sign off 2:30PM - Sunday Matinee 3:15PM - Cartoon 3:25PM - Film: Bathing Beauty (1944) 5:05PM - Little House on the Prairie5:55PM - Sports Results 6:00PM - Angelus 6:01PM - News 6:35PM - Compass 7:00PM - Top Score 7:30PM - Nuacht 7:40PM - The Riordans8:10PM - Film: That Touch of Mink (1962) 10:00PM - News 10:15PM - National Gallery of Ireland 10:50PM - Sports Scene 11:30PM - Outlook 11:35PM - News

Ireland television schedule for Monday 25 December 1978. Normally, I only have access to Sunday Irish schedules. My source is the London newspaper "The Observer", as viewed on the newspapers.com website. However, one of the Sundays in December 1978 fell on the 24th. Since no newspaper was published on Christmas day, the Observer for the 24th features the next day's TV schedule....a Monday. Re: "Boney M. in Concert", I have a videotaped Boney M. concert on DVD, perhaps that is the show on the schedule? The one I viewed is a good concert. It is well known (and was never really a secret) that two of the members of Boney M. didn't perform on the records, but nevertheless all four members sang at the concerts. An interesting situation to say the least.
