People complain trailers today are too long and tell you the whole story. This could be true but in cases of bad movies, it gives you plenty to go on as to why not to waste your money seeing it. So which movies were you able to predict were bad without actually seeing them?
The new Ghostbusters, didn't we all see that coming?
The new Vacation movie.
Rob Zombie's Halloween movies, the white trash makes serial killers storyline is already so old from real life we quit paying attention
Movie 43, seriously, what the hell?

Agree with Movie 43, that was a damn weird experiment. Most 3quels for me, not all, but most.

Human Centipede. And I also didn't have to see the movie to come up with a new horror movie survival rule, if you encounter a German doctor, get the hell out, don't stand around asking questions, don't wait for anything, just shoot the Nazi and run.

I generally know a movie will displease me if they are already planning to do a sequel before the first film is released.

The Ghostbusters and Nightmare on Elm Street remakes. I saw both. Both are worse than I thought.

Return to House on Haunted Hill. Granted, I actually did see it when it was on AMC, but I knew as soon as I heard of it that it was going to be bad, and even with the TV condensed version, I found out how right I was.
