The movie version that is. I know she's vulnerable to "piercing weapons" in the comics but does that still apply here? As I understand it she's not a god in most of her incarnations in comics like she now is in the DCEU. So can bullets actually harm her in the movies?

See this is a good question...can bullets harm her? They acted like they could at the beginning of the movie during the battle on the island. Her aunt took a bullet for her. Why would she do that if Diana couldn't be shot and killed?

Why would she do that if Diana couldn't be shot and killed? She also had a cut on her arm during the battle so that means she doesn't have impenetrable skin like Superman has. That's why she has to deflect bullets with her bracelets rather than just let bullets bounce off her like Superman would do. |
