Who will agree it tastes great, but it's not filling?

It is filling.
I had the best cherries after eating my lunch. It's cherry season!

I agree. But that's just good for a little bit after dinner. Give me some real food.

Who will agree it tastes great, but it's not filling? I personally agree in that I can't have it as a proper meal. But I have seen a friend have fruits only for lunch. Don't know if he was trying to save money or he can be satisfied with fruits only.

Don't know if he was trying to save money or he can be satisfied with fruits only. Wouldn't do it for me. The acid in fruit just makes me hungrier, especially apples.

The pineapple has been exquisite lately. Best I've had in years.

...a good lunch can consist of a fruit salad and a scoop of 2% cottage cheese. Watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries and blueberries make for a delicious meal.

I"m not sure that's my idea of a good lunch. Maybe if you're planning on starving yourself.

whether fruit is filling or not depends on what you are eating and how much.
