Just had one with cheese and mushrooms. Very good. My question is what do you like on your Omelets?

Probably what you had but with bacon. I don't have them very often.

Not bad but the spinach killed it for me It's good! You slice the potatoes thin, add onion, sautee, then add the (already cooked and chopped) bacon, then add the chopped spinach until it wilts, add egg, add cheese - cook!

I'm sure it is very good and I would try it. I just think it would be good inspite of the spinach rather than because of it. But as they say, we all have different tastes and taste buds.

I love eggs, but I typically feel very bad after eating them. I would like to have a recipe for an omelette made without eggs/egg whites/egg substitute. Seriously! I'm not being snarky.

Had something very similar to this one just 2 or 3 days back. It's very tasty and you can make it mild or hot depending on your choice. besan (gram flour) is an awesome product and dishes made with it should be tried.
