Where is their original singer? Dead. So the original is dead just like Bon Scott?

So the original is dead just like Bon Scott? Dave Evans doesn't count.

So the original is dead just like Bon Scott? Dave Evans doesn't count. I've never heard a Dave Evans song (who only sings on their first album) but aren't both Bon and Brian just copying his singing? Neither sings in their natural voice, it's a forced singing or fake singing as is falsetto (but not falsetto aka head voice aka singing higher than your chest voice is capable of...a different style of fake singing) In other words both the late Bon and Brian have to make their voices sound as they do. It not how their voices would sound if they were singing to themselves or to family and friends. It's the singing version of someone like Gilbert Gottfried.

I like 'em both. But since the only AC/DC albums I own have Brian on vocals, I had to vote for him.

I'd vote Bon Scott overall but Brian Johnson was a good pick for a replacement. I'm not sure the band could have done any better in either case.

Horses for courses. I saw the last Bon Scott tour in London and they were the best barroom band in the world. I also saw the Back In Black tour in London and they had become yet another tiresome heavy metal band (with two wanky cannons each side of the stage). There is a good reason the bulk of their live set was Bon Scott material to the end.

Bon Scott was simply more interesting and unique....

I love Bon Scott, but Brian Johnson in his prime was better.
BTW, fans of Bon Scott should check out the Sensational Alex Harvey Band. His voice was almost identical to Scott's.
