Thank you, Maya. It would make sense that multiple cultures contributed to pasta, as we know it. The combination of flours and liquids is universal. I like to think that he's right about the weight of the Etruscan influence ... perhaps, because an interesting history, to me.

I subscribed also, as Rafaelo (METATRON), is very interesting. I am able to understand his Japanese, what little I remember. I only studied it for a mere two years. My Italian, SHAME ON ME!!!
