In the original Hebrew, God is always referred to as either "YHWH" or "Elohim." "God" is just what English-speaking people call him.

In the original Hebrew, God is always referred to as either "YHWH" or "Elohim." "God" is just what English-speaking people call him. YHWH? Sounds more like somebody with phlegm caught in their throat... or Welsh. If it was Elohim, he would have called dogs Mihole no?
