Written by a biased DC-fan, no doubt. And didn't pay any attention to the films while watching them. It's yet another list that acts like Tony Stark coming out of retirement after Ironman 3 is somehow a plot hole and even infers that it should have been impossible for him to build more suits after he destroyed the ones he had at the end of IM3.

Written by a biased DC-fan, no doubt. low reading comprehension skills, and/or having a strong fanboy bias yourself, eh? Did you even read the first paragraphs? " However, that, by no means, is a statement that the Marvel Universe is flawless. While we may find it a bit easier to point out the many flaws in the DC Universe (like why Batman and Superman bonded over the name Martha, and what in the world Wonder Woman has been doing this last, oh, century or so), there are oodles of flaws that we can and will point out in the Marvel Comic Universe. So hold your tongue, and don’t get defensive as we poke holes in some of your favorite movies" Tell we if you need further assistance...

So basically that article was written by someone who wasn't paying attention. And who has nonexistent comic book knowledge by the looks of things too. Whoever wrote that article might be, as you say, ashamed of comics.
