Even though I am a man-made global warming (aka 'climate change') skeptic, I found this film hugely entertaining. I love natural disaster films and this one is my favorite. 10/10

I enjoy watching a disaster movie once in a while, but that doesn't mean they're very good most of the times. This one is okay, so a 6/10.

I enjoy disaster films, and I thought this movie was one of the better films that I have seen. I'll give it a 7/10.

I quite enjoyed it when I initially saw it at the movie theater, but revisiting it later on home video, it didn't hold up that well.

Got this confused with The Day After, 1983 post-nuclear bomb flick.
Never saw this one after all.

Not bad, not very good either. The stakes are a bit wonky... because a bunch of Americans are barely hanging on in NYC, humanity is in peril? There's 3 billion ppl who are fine near the Equator throughout this entire thing, humanity's not going away because it's ice snowing in Central Park. The dad risking his life to get to the library for his son is pretty dumb... he's not Iron Man able to save them all once he gets there. Worse - Jake nearly drowning in freezing water to use the payphone... abhorrent life survival skills that.
