Promo last night was pretty decent.
Joe should have rattled off all the guys he beat in TNA - who were pretty much all legends past or stars today in WWE (NXT) - after Reigns ran through he's he's gone thru in WWE.
Missed opportunity. Has WWE ever acknowledged Styles accomplishments in TNA? Even in a tongue in cheek way without referencing the name 'TNA'?
Would have gotten a pretty good pop out of that - instead all we got was 'well you haven't beaten me'.
Some TNA fans out there can correct me if I'm wrong - I'm willing to bet he's beat the likes of Sting, Styles, Nash, Angle, Hardy, RVD, Roode, Aires etc etc who have all been affiliated with WWE.

I think the closest WWE has acknowledged Style's time in TNA was on Edge and Christian's show when they put up a picture of Test and Albert.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but hadn't Joe already beaten Roman before this past Monday?

Joe beat Reigns on his first match on RAW I believe. WWE changes around their history all the time in order to try and built a narrative for the current situation it's annoying.
In regards to TNA? As far as WWE is considered TNA doesn't exist and nor does any wrestlers accomplishments in said company. It's why WWE focus' on Styles' accomplishments in Japan or they just go broad with "all around the world" but never referencing TNA in general.

I think the closest WWE has acknowledged Style's time in TNA was on Edge and Christian's show when they put up a picture of Test and Albert. There was also the time when Daniel Bryan spoke about Styles being a WWE, NJPW, and TNA champion on Talking Smack.
