Did the psychology of Clonetrooper Slick foreshadow the psychology of Anakin when he became Lord Sidious/Palpatine's apprentice?

Did the psychology of Clonetrooper Slick foreshadow the psychology of Anakin when he became Lord Sidious/Palpatine's apprentice? In some ways yes. Slick's motivation was to be free of the duty and restrictions of his brotherhood. And he wanted to choose his own destiny and sabotage the establishment/structure he belonged to. He was secretly lured into becoming a traitor by his sworn enemy by promises of becoming something greater or better than what he is. All those things parallel Anakin in his journey to becoming a Sith.

I'll share a few of my thoughts on the series. Just to get it out of the way, I'll start with my two biggest criticisms of the series. First, there were too many multiple parters. A TV series having so many of these made it difficult to keep up at times. There is certainly nothing wrong with having them occasionally, but they were so frequent that they lost the "epic feel" and the viewer missed a part. Secondly, I thought the series did not focus enough on developing the main characters, having many episodes focused on new or secondary characters. Which again is not a bad thing in and of itself, but it happened too frequently. At times it seem like the creators were more interested in expanding the universe rather than developing it. With that out of the way. The series had many positives, with good voice acting, dialogue, characters, and several great episodes. I felt that the character who most benefited from this was Padme. The series expanded her role in the saga, allowing her to be a hero in her own right, instead of just Anakin love interest. My favorite new character was Hondo, voiced by the ever charismatic Jim Cummings. He worked well as both a antagonist and protagonist when the story demanded it and possessed a enjoyably eccentric personality. I also like Ashoka, Fives, and Cad Bane. I also, likes how it portrayed the relationship between Anakin and Obi-Wan. They genuinely felt like old friends despite their contrasting personalities. And the banter between them was amusing. A personal favorite of mine was this exchange from the episode Voyage of Temptation: "Anakin Skywalker: This may not be the time to ask, but were you and Satine ever... Obi-Wan Kenobi: I don't see how that has any bearing on the situation at hand!"It was a good piece of humor and something that would arise between two friends. A couple of years ago, on IMDb, I made a list of my 5 favorite and least favorite episodes which I, to keep this short, will link here: BEST - WORSTHere's the quick version WORST5. The Academy 4. The Zillo Beast/The Zillo Beast Strikes Back 3. Mercy Mission 2. A Sunny Day In The Void 1. Pursuit of Peace BEST
5. The Gathering 4. Storm Over Ryloth 3. Senate Spy 2. Eminence/Shades of Reason 1. Darkness on Umbara/The General/Plan of Dissent/Carnage of Krell So those are just a few of my thoughts. Hope you enjoyed. If I have any others in the future I will add them.
