It's fascinating to watch America slowly give up its world leadership role. And it will be fascinating to see what a world led by China will be like.

The Hollywood industry will almost certainly change in the next few years, pandering more and more to Chinese taste(more Chinese-American actors), and probably see more and more American/Chinese film collaborations.

China doesn't like movies with black people or ghosts. Oh, really? I was rather suspicious of that second claim as well. I know Japan is quite big on ghosts/horror films, dunno really know about China though.

ScienceisGod has a long history of posting whatever insane, rambling thoughts pop into his head. It would not be at all surprising for him to reply to a post with the sentence "Cigar-smoking, cross-dressing wombats started the Korean War."

It has already begun.... Some more insight.. Oh, I've already seen the tip of the iceberg, I guess what I'm wondering is how far it will go. Will Hollywood start financing Chinese blockbusters (budgets well over $100 million, mostly Chinese cast, whole film in Chinese language) and less and less English films?

You know, you have a habit of saying things that are entirely unrelated the the post you are responding to. It's really odd.
